Katherine Donigan - Executive Director
Katherine Donigan is the Executive Director for St. Joseph’s Assisted Living and Memory Care. She has worked for several national senior housing companies before joining Arbor in the fall of 2011. She has over twenty years in leadership positions with a dozen in the continuum-of-care retirement living arena. She is an approved State of Florida Alzheimer’s educator. Katherine’s degree is from Adelphi University.
Jennie Clark - Senior Care Counselor
Jennie Clark, Senior Care Counselor and Gerontologist for St. Joseph's Assisted Living Community has spent five years in the Senior Living industry. Jennie's passion for helping older adults find a new home that meets their needs is what brought her to St. Joseph's. "I love the family feeling St. Joseph’s and The Arbor Company have.
Katy Kelley - Community Relations Coordinator
Katy is a proud member of the family that built St. Joseph's. She has worked for the community for 3 years and couldn't imagine being anywhere else. Katy feels the residents and staff are so wonderful and each one bring joy to her life. She is reminded everyday how lucky she is to be part of the St. Joseph's family
Sherri Daley - Resident Care Director
Sheri Daley is the resident care director of our St. Joseph’s Assisted Living Community. Sheri is a registered nurse and is a certified enterostomy therapist and case manager. Over the past thirty-five years she has worked in long term care, geriatrics and home health. Sheri’s degree is from Palm Beach State College.
Sonia Carmona - Engagement Director
Sonia has over 20 years of experience in working in the healthcare field. She spent ten of those years as a trauma chaplain and felt a calling to minister and work with seniors. This unique situation developed her awareness of dementia and other memory disorders. As the Engagement Director at St. Joseph’s she strives to enhance the quality of life for residents, their families and staff. She also participates in pastoral visits and ecumenical services. The residents of St. Joseph’s bring so much joy to her life.
Brenda Morris - Avalon Gardens Engagement Coordinator
Pam Sejnoha - Business Office Manager
As a business office manager in the food industry for over 17 years, Pam was not entirely prepared for the rewarding experiences she has had working at St. Joseph’s. Not only does she get to know each employee, she also has the privilege of interacting with residents and their families on a daily basis. Every day brings new opportunities and joy to Pam as she watch the community grow. Pam feels so fortunate to be able to be a part of the Arbor Company team.
Melanie Davis - Director of Dining
Melanie Davis is the Director of Dining for St. Joseph’s Assisted Living and Memory Care. She has worked in long term care, assisted living, and rehabilitation for over eighteen years. Melanie enjoys baking sweet treats for the residents and even uses some of her Grandmother’s recipes.
Ron Nicolai - Maintenance Director
Ron has worked in the maintenance, security, housekeeping and landscaping (Environmental Services) industry for 40+ years and in Retirement, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities for over 16 years. He has served at St. Joseph’s for over a year. Making sure that the residents’ home is clean, safe, mechanically sound, beautiful and comfortable makes Ron feel good about his work, knowing that he is serving resident needs to the best of his ability. Ron find that working at St. Joseph’s makes for a satisfying and fulfilling career in the health services industry.
