Katherine Donigan - Executive Director

Katherine

Katherine Donigan is the Executive Director for St. Joseph’s Assisted Living and Memory Care. She has worked for several national senior housing companies before joining Arbor in the fall of 2011. She has over twenty years in leadership positions with a dozen in the continuum-of-care retirement living arena. She is an approved State of Florida Alzheimer’s educator. Katherine’s degree is from Adelphi University.

Katy Kelley - Community Relations Coordinator

Katy is a proud member of the family that built St. Joseph's. She has worked for the community for 3 years and couldn't imagine being anywhere else. Katy feels the residents and staff are so wonderful and each one bring joy to her life. She is reminded everyday how lucky she is to be part of the St. Joseph's family

Sherri Daley - Resident Care Director

Sheri Daley is the resident care director of our St. Joseph’s Assisted Living Community. Sheri is a registered nurse and is a certified enterostomy therapist and case manager. Over the past thirty-five years she has worked in long term care, geriatrics and home health. Sheri’s degree is from Palm Beach State College.

Brenda Morris - Avalon Gardens Engagement Coordinator

Brenda began her relationship with St. Joseph’s through volunteering on a bi-weekly basis. It was then that she knew she wanted to make a difference in the lives of the residents. “I am very grateful to be a part of a team that truly cares about making a difference in the lives of the residents. My job is extremely rewarding and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!”

Pam Sejnoha - Business Office Manager

As a business office manager in the food industry for over 17 years, Pam was not entirely prepared for the rewarding experiences she has had working at St. Joseph’s. Not only does she get to know each employee, she also has the privilege of interacting with residents and their families on a daily basis. Every day brings new opportunities and joy to Pam as she watch the community grow. Pam feels so fortunate to be able to be a part of the Arbor Company team.

Ron Nicolai - Maintenance Director

Ron

Ron has worked in the maintenance, security, housekeeping and landscaping (Environmental Services) industry for 40+ years and in Retirement, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities for over 16 years. He has served at St. Joseph’s for over a year. Making sure that the residents’ home is clean, safe, mechanically sound, beautiful and comfortable makes Ron feel good about his work, knowing that he is serving resident needs to the best of his ability. Ron find that working at St. Joseph’s makes for a satisfying and fulfilling career in the health services industry.
